What is FEES?

FEES is a quick, minimally invasive procedure that uses a thin, flexible camera passed through the nose to observe how you swallow. It allows real-time visualization of the throat and vocal cords while eating and drinking—no sedation or needles needed.

Why Choose FEES?

  • Accurate & Immediate: Get real-time results and same-day treatment recommendations.

  • Safe & Comfortable: Performed without sedation—ideal for medically fragile or post-surgical patients.

  • Flexible Delivery: Now available in our clinic or via mobile service at healthcare facilities or homes.

Who Benefits from FEES?

This evaluation is ideal for patients with:

  • Difficulty swallowing (dysphagia)

  • Stroke or neurological conditions (e.g., Parkinson’s, ALS)

  • Chronic aspiration or respiratory concerns

  • Post-surgical throat or voice changes
